You need to determine why it was malfunctionning.
Ammunition? Needs a cleaning? Bad magazines?
How did you determine that it is unsafe?
Stand back, take a deep breath, and find out what is wrong.

tried 3 different kind of ammo so not that, and was all cleaned and oiled before i took it out, tried 2 different mags, and if u did a search on the web on gen 3 of this gun u will see the issues and at the range some how the gun put a round in the chamber and almost put another one in be hide it but i caught it before it did and it did that twice then i called it a day, i went out there with 150 rounds and i fired less then 40 and i didnt even fire one clip without a jam,

and another thing the clips are a pain in the rear to take out cause 2 are cut and there isnt much to grab on,

When you cleaned it, did you remove and clean the gas piston?
I don't understand how the gun could chamber a round, and then try to chamber another one behind the first.
Once one round is chambered, how could the bolt get back far enough to pick up another?

Did the seller offer to take it back? These are really simple guns. What ammunition were you using?
It certainly can be fixed. Jamming is mostly magazine problems. You can sell it to me, I'm looking for one and have a restricted licence.

if its trying to load 2 live rounds the mag feed lip is letting 2 rounds feed if its trying to feed a live round behind a spent one then gas port /rod , if its not ejecting then feed lips on mag are prob sharp and need polished as its hanging up . first thing i would do would be tear it down before i shoot it, clean it ,learn it ,play with it ,polish it,sit on the couch naked with it then maybe go shoot it. :)

Put an add up on EE for carbine mags, or you can try zefarm he used to have full lenght carbine mags

I had a few of those later Universals Blista and have worked a few of them over to work properly. They can USUALLY be made to function properly. If you are near Bridgewater, get in touch with me. Mags can be fixed to legal capacity very quickly and easily. With some feed ramp filing and polishing, bolt disassembly and slight modification it can function safely and fairly reliably. Don't throw it out yet. I may know a guy who would buy it off you if you just want to get rid of it as well.
