You need to determine why it was malfunctionning.
Ammunition? Needs a cleaning? Bad magazines?
How did you determine that it is unsafe?
Stand back, take a deep breath, and find out what is wrong.
what did you oil it with and how much oil did you use....
Did the seller offer to take it back? These are really simple guns. What ammunition were you using?
It certainly can be fixed. Jamming is mostly magazine problems. You can sell it to me, I'm looking for one and have a restricted licence.
