You could swage em from lead wire and paper patch. No melting whatsoever.

The gear is pretty pricey though, but maybe they have something you'd like.

Ha, thanks but I even wish I was allowed to grill on my patio. :( Honestly though another aspect of this is I worry about lead exposure and it's another process on TOP of reloading, which I haven't even purchased all the equipment for yet! I would have to buy even more equipment and then somehow source some lead or wheel weights... I was planning on just paying for my bullets, all lubricized and ready to go. I was casually looking into paper patching 45-70 bullets...

Martini Bullets

I live in a condo so casting is not really possible for me either. I bought a CBE mold of the proper size & weight for the Martini & loaned it to the guy who casts my bullet for me (PM me for his name & contact info). I also fire 458" bullets which are much more readily available, but paper patched up to approx. 466" in both my Mk.II & Mk.III. The Mk.IV is supposed to need a bullet a few thou. bigger but as I have not shot either of my Mk.IV's yet I cannot confirm that from personal experience.
