(( To anyone who happens across this thread, Silvercore was extremely timely and helpful in their efforts to set things right for me. My issue was a double instance on their account server preventing me from using my pal # to sign up for their gun club online. My problem was solved in under an hour on a long weekend after regular business hours. If you are considering joining a club or taking training offered by silvercore.com, please do it. You won't regret it. I am not a shill or employed by them in any way shape of form, thanks for reading ))
So I started filling out a billing thing for a Silvercore membership yesterday, and my visa debit card didn't work for it.
I called my mom (I know I know) and asked her to charge it for me and I'd give her the cash seeing as my lady was out of town today.
Now though, when we get to the register membership part it says my PAL number has already been taken... even though the transfer did not go through.
I would really like to get this sorted out on the weekend or monday if anyone knows a quick fix that would be great because I am supposed to be initiating a transfer of a handgun on Tuesday (my first, from a CGN member off EE) and currently it's not looking good.
Obviously I have tried calling but the office is closed until Monday, has anyone else had this problem with their website? Any suggestions?
