Washed, neutral rinsed, tumbled in under 2 hours.
Long story short, Between Rifle,IPSC,Clay sports, I have managed to burn out 1 Dillon large tumbler, and I am on
My second Lyman Turbo 2500.
This gets old fast, shelling out 120.00 each and having them die when you need them most.
So I decided to make a change in my brass prep.
Tumble a whole years worth of pistol (15k) a year of shotgun (30k) and a year of Rifle (2500) in one day.
Brass is washed with Sunlight Dish Detergent, rinsed once with water and 1/4 cup baking soda, then finish rinsed and drained.
From there I load the tumbler with 9000 .40sw cases and 25lbs of walnut.
One hour of tumbling later, all the brass and media is bone dry.
