Does it have to be a semi?
In Canada, pump is a better choice due to the fact that you do not have a limited capacity.
I would go with a Benelli nova/supernova.
It is chambered for 3.5" shells, which means the loading and ejection ports are huge.
Very easy to load on the clock.
If Remington is your thing, I would get an older wingmaster.
Quality of recent remington pumps is questionable.
Go to a match or two and see what everyone is using.
Ask questions and see if you can fire a few shots, and decide what you like the best.
If its a semi you are after, take a look at the Remington Versamax.
Seems to be getting popular with the 3gun crowd in the US.
Compare it to the 930 and go from there.
I would go with a Benelli M2 if that's in your budget.
I've also heard that the Winchester SX3 is a decent gun.
Ultimately, go handle and fire as many as you can and buy what you like, and can shoot well.
Its hard to suggest one gun that performs well for multiple disciplines.
Might be good at them all, but may not be great at any of them.
