I tried to buy one last year through Questar but wasn't prepared to order something and fork out a 25% deposit without an ETA. How could you even take someones money as a deposit without providing an ETA???? Anyway, as luck would have it a new one found it's way onto the EE a short time after so I only waited about a week for mine.....
Couldn't reach the trigger? Full sized pistol, but it has a thin, single stack grip. Had a 5'3" girl shoot mine and she had no problem... I doubt your hands are smaller than hers.
I suggest you get a Sig 239, for a short reach. Full sized pistols are not for you then. If you can't reach unless you tilt the gun sideways a grip swap won't help you. Don't think you should buy a pistol that doesn't fit you, but it is always up to the buyer.
I seriously doubt any man's hand is smaller than hers (tiny) and wood grips might be thicker by .5mm or so at the most...

I just got a P220 Match in a trade and love it. I have medium size hands and never have had an issue with P226s or P220s.
