Word 'looky. Word. An off topic but what do you think about a BLR in .358? I know it's straight outta left field and only weirdos have them but i've been thinking about becoming a weirdo and getting one.
I knew as soon as i saw this thread you'd be on it like a fly on elephant poop Johnn. You have some very nice rifles man.
Hookay, now you josttled me sleep..........
I bought this BLR 358win at the last years Salmon Arm gun show.
I really enjoy this gal and she's fun to shoot too.
I am amazed at how well she makes me looky with the round holes
that appear on the targets.
I have played with the 180, 200 and 250 grain bullet reloads.
My flavor is the 180's, but I get urged to use the 200's.
My ammo belt seems to garner attention when I meet up with other
hunters out in the bush.
WTF is that? is usually the first question.
The 4200 Elite crowds the top, once lookying down through it, the massive
size is forgiven.
I put on her a 2.5-10x50 and I really don't give a bust'in tewt how some
hate the Bushnell's. This one works for me.......crappy shoot'in eye and all.
There has been talk of the horrible triggers these gal have, but I am almost
certain mine has been worked. I hate horrible triggers and this one passes
the looky test.
These are fine rifles and I don't think you'll regret owning one.
Worst you can do is toss her back up on the EE and regret selling her.
Now back to the Schultz's.
The gent I bought this BLR has a Model 68DL in the true 7mm mag.
He had it on his table at this years Salmon Arm gun show.
If anyone here is looking for one, p.m. me and I'll go find his contact
info. His up for sale was in great condition. So much so that I didn't
fondle her for fear of her coming home with me.
These are the nicest rifles for the kerch$ng.
