Hey guys/gals, I'm thinking of getting a Glock 19, mainly for the wife but also for me
I know there are several good pistols out there, however I am specifically talking about the Glock 19. I really enjoy Glocks, my current is a gen 3 17, but I've owned several. I know that some will say its stupid to get a compact pistol in a country where you don't have ccw, and you have a barrel sticking out past the gun. I'm trying to find her something that will fit her hand better than the Glock 17, but allowing me to still exchange parts, mags, sights, ammo etc and the added advantage of the same controls/features on both pistols. I would like to know your thoughts on these little Glocks and also how these extended barrels are working with these pistols in regards to accuracy and function, I really dis-like the stainless barrels that I see on them, are there other barrel options?
I appreciate all feedback but please don't turn this into a "my gun is better than a Glock" debate. I own and have owned several other semi autos that my wife and i really enjoy but this is solely about the tiny Glocks.
Thanks.

The grip on my G22 Gen4 actually feels smaller than the G19 Gen 4. Main reason for that is it seems like the curved part on the back of the frame is a litle bit higher on the G19 than it is on the G22. I think it's because of the shorter frame.
