A sneak peek at our new Archangel Remington 700 precision target stock, including a 10 round detachable mag based on the M14 mag, integral bipod, aluminium pillar bedded. What do you think?

I think it looks alot like a JAE-700 but with less rails.

how talls the bipod? cant we attach other types of bipods?

how much it weigh?

available to fit heavy countor barrels? im talking like 1.25" no taper

i beleive i see flush cups on the butt of the stock, but nothing up front. how shall i attatch my sling??

hmmm ok i think im dont prying for information for now :) :p

Hoping to have them on the webstore within 4 weeks, We will have a better idea on price once they are landed, but around $400 ish with a 10 rd detachable mag. 20 rd mags will be available also.PM for details.

I have one of these for my M305(m14) and although they are nothing compared to the JAE that "look" like, there are a lot of stock for the money. Good adjustability and very stiff. Quite comfy too.
+1 for what Shabazz said though, the integral bi-pod is something that I don't like. But if you like to tinker, one could probably remove it, fill it in, add a rail or swivel stud, and re-paint it.

Now they just need one for a savage to drop into ;)

Does the bipod swivel? If not, it is more of a gimmick than a useful accessory. A fixed length, non-swivelling bipod just about prevents the rifle from being levelled except on a perfectly levelled bench.
Apart from that, with a $400ish price, you better bring in a boatload of them.

It has a bit of swivel to level, but no height adjustment, they fold flush if you dont use them. To get a call when they arrive, just send us an Email & you will be notified.

Looks like you don't be able to pre-load the bipod because it folds forward, so you'd have to pull backward to pre-load. Is that the case?

Also, what is the construction material of the stock?

I look forward to offering these stocks but that bipod is such a downer. Why why why would anyone design, fabricate and offer a product with so many limitations?

Will know more when I get my paws on the kit but I think a retro fit is going to be cost prohibitive.

there is a promag video of this bipod/rifle being fired and my concerns are reinforced.

Like building a Ferrari only to put the worlds best mudder tires on it. Not a benefit at all.

Hopefully, the screams of horror will be loud enough that the stock can be changed to the same forend on the M1A kit.
Jerry

PS, maybe not that hard to work around. bolt a plate over the bipod and mount a t slot adaptor or pic rail. problem solved.... kind of.
