So, ive been reloading for 4-5 years now. So i might just be going senile at 24, or something ive over looked.
What im finding is that after resizing my 308 brass, its hard to chamber a loaded or unleaded round. This being it goes in alright, but when i push the bolt handle down, its hard.
Checked my dies, they are all set up correctly.
Checked the OAL of some that are factory unfired, and those im having trouble with. All are within 3 thou.
Its not seating depth, as i have this weather they are loaded or un loaded.
So, im thinking its the shoulder. But this brass is from federal gold medal, all once fired. I should not have to have shoulder problems after one firing. As far as i know, gold medal is not a hot load.
Any thoughts...
