I'm not sure how many people are aware of the GTUL, but it makes cleaning Glock mags or swapping baseplates very EZ and all for $20.
I ordered my kit from Brownells, really not sure who sells it here
I wanted to swap out the stock baseplate for an extended Pearce one
You slide the GTUL up the mag until it rests against the plate
Then you squeeze the GTUL while using the punch on the end of the brush to depress the little button and pry back on it (Sorry no pics it took two hands
)
Then you can put down the brush and continue carefully sliding the baseplate off as its under spring pressure
Voila the disassembled pieces
Then its just reverse order, slide on new baseplate while pushing down the spring
Finished product
