Forgive me, but going off topic here... Why oh why oh why can't we have girls like this in Canada? Or at least Southern Ontario? Sorry for that guys.

Starts at about 3:55 for the field strip part.

Anyways, wow, that surpressor works really well. I wonder what is the rationale for banning them in Canada?

You can watch her all day trying on hip holsters....stay away :redface:

Thanks for that. I am going to have to watch the entire video paying great attention to detail... so I can buy the right hip holster for my XCR.

How do you take the charging handle off?

If you look closely you will see a split pin on the handle that holds it in place. Remove the split pin and the handle will come off. Use caution when doing this as the handle is under pressure from the spring inside.

Okay, I've had my XCR for 2 years now. I'm the second owner, the first only put 200 rounds or so out of it.
So far I've got 4000 plus rounds downrange with no issues at all. This rifle is by no means a safe queen. It gets used and at times used hard. I've had it out in rain, snow and hot temps.
I do a lot of action shooting with it so at times I'm going to ground to do prone shots and run courses of 30 -40 rounds at a time.
All in all it's a great rifle and does all that I want to do with it. And it's a non restricted rifle!!!!

Hey Chizzy, what king of optics so you have on here, looks cool. How's your accuracy and distance?

Hello Stormchaser;

Sorry for my delayed response; I just noticed your question. The optic in the photo is a Bushnell Holosight. It is a red dot type optic with a 1" MOA dot in the middle of a much larger (65 MOA??) circle. After missing a coyote with it from 90 ish yards it is now wearing a Bushnell 4200 Elite 1.5-6X. Did you notice how I blamed my equipment for the miss :) ?

I continue to struggle with finding an accurate load in this rifle; I am shooting large groups with it at 100 yards and I feel like a dog chasing its tail in my quest for tighter groups. I purchased some different bullets and powder to try to see if I can stumble upon a winning combination.

Regards,

Chizzy
