Well, I feel like a new father. After waiting for 9 months, the great folks at Wolverine Supplies got me my SP101 in .22!!!!! They kept me in the loop over the months with updates and immediately contacted me when they got one in. Great service! Anyways, enough about them, here are the baby pics:D:D:D !!!

These pics were taken as the revolver was removed from the box. Have not cleaned or even wiped down anything yet! Very happy!!!! Range report as soon as I get that damn little paper in the mail!

Very very nice.
Now you need it's big brother in 357.

That would be the middle brother...the big brother is the 4.2" Redhawk 44mag.
Nice score! This one may make it on my list to have. But mine would get a new front site and grips.

^^^ Cool! Interesting to see the half lug vs full lug. I really like the grips with the wood inlay on the newer ones myself. I really like the rear sight as it is adjustable with a screw for both windage and elevation. The front sight on mine I am not so hot on though. I guess I will see at the range if I like the sight picture or not. It is really just the green colour that bugs me :D. But if the stupid reg cert doesn't get here by Friday I am back off to work for an extended period of time, so no range report for a long while!

The only problem I hve had with mine is it has a huge appetite for ammo. Just one value pack after another. I am going to order lighter springs from Wolf to lesson the trigger pull. Guys on the Ruger Forum say it is worth the change.

Take Care

8 shots eh. Now that's got my attention. What's something like that going to set a fella back?

I know what you mean and I think mine's on a 'brick' diet.

Wolf spring is definitely on my list of things to consider. The pull right now is on the strong side IMO.

I have the new 8 shot SP101 .22 SpeedBees Speed Loader on the way with four place loading block. So ammo will def be goin down range by the brick!

Have you tried shooting .22 shorts out of it? Wonder how loud/quiet it is.

Wolverine Supplies retail at the time I was put on the list was $590

Awesome!!!

I saw this thread at work and called Reliable immediately to confirm their list was still on-hand and ready to go. It is.
I expect to have one of these bad boys shortly.

Beautiful revolver. Guaranteed lots of fun!

Wait..there are no peening marks on the cylinder..clearly it isn't the quality build of a S&W!!!!

Thank you. I was going to post something like... "No peening marks? How can you be sure it's been tested?"
