So the fore grip on my 858 always falls off when I shoot... happened on the stock one so I bought after market one and still does it... seems like the pin that is supposed to keep it in does not.

Anyone else have this problem? Any recommendatio

Yeah, ever since I removed the bottom handguard, it moves and sometimes falls out when shooting. Try the NEA handguard lower - it is tight and the roll pin included with the kit is a perfect fit.

I dont really see how a new roll pin will make a difference. The diameter of the new roll pin will be the same as the original one, but ill give it a shot.

NEA doesnt sell lower handguards for 858's anymore either I dont think.

You could try using some epoxy or something similar on the pin you already have.

Loctite or even nail polish might work to keep it in place.

Push itbin and flare sides of it. Ive donebit with no problems after. Infact I gobthru more roll pins then most can imagine as I have 7 cz rifles and make wood sets with my buddy so they are always getting chqnge. Dont forget roll pins compress!!!!!

If its a roll pin you can carefully enlarge the end of it with a center punch. Just support the back side of the pin and give the other side a good hit, and repeat on the other side. The punch should spread the end of the pin just enough for it to stay in place.
