Casey is backlogged. He has had my rifle for over 2 weeks and hasn't looked at it yet. I expect i wont see my CZ for few months :(.. Its sad these rifles are failing. Bg2xbq North Sylva wont do anything but give you the number to contact Tac Ordnance. Casey will be doing the RMA work on these rifles.

Contact Casey at (905) 775-1666

I also appear to have a 11 inch .223 CSA58 that is not working. Same thing. Tactical Ordnance has so many in for repair he cant take anymore in. North Sylva says they are looking for a new warranty repair replace to handle the overflow. Have e-mailed them and I am waiting for an update, Must have bad luck as I had to send my new Norinco CQM back twice for repair last year.

Ya, mine cz arrived at Tac Ord mid March and he hasn't even touched it yet. :( This is insane, i might not see my rife for 6 months or something. Hes swamped and he seems to travel a lot as well. I cannot believe how many of these rifles are broken. I am done with CZ, should of bought an AR.

"CSA", not "CZ"

I think refunds should be in order here. This is unacceptable.

Wow. Just finished reading this thread and there looks to be some major issues in the CSA production line somewhere. Sucks when you put that cash down and you get a piece of crap for your hard earned dollars! Hope it all works out for you guys and you can get back to some shooting soon!

You should contact Casey at TacOrd. You should probably let him know what ammo you are using. Have you tried S&B ammo?

Im pretty sure Casey @ Tacord does not do the warranty work anymore. It seems North Sylva has a smith of their own who now does it. My 7.62x39 has been there for about a month now. We will see how it works once I get it back

What issue did your gun have? I'm waiting on my VZ at North Sylva too...

Ben

My VZ 58 .223 had problems firing and failing to eject... I sent it to NS and after 4 months I had it returned "fixed".. nothing changed all the problems are still there and to top it off after a few rounds that did not fire because of light strikes after pulling the bolt back to eject the misfired round when I released the bolt the rifle slam fired a 3 round burst.
I tried everything different mags, several types of ammo.
I was so frustrated with my newly fixed rifle I had my wife film me trying to fire off a mag... there is no way this rifle was test fired!
