Picky on ammo.

I assume you've double checked the work your smith did in installing the new springs? Made sure they are oriented as TRG-42 described etc...
 
It's less likely, but did your gunsmith check the headspace? Excessive headspace, protrusion limits to the firing pin stroke and hard primers might cause the described primer ignition problem.
Did he check the firing pin protrusion? A bolt problem with an in-spec firing pin could result in too-short firing pin protrusion too.

I'm grasping at straws...
