As a left handed shooter... I call this "the over hand baby back slap".

Having some fun with the GOPROs a friend brought out. We had to tape the camera to the buffer tube lol.

***range was clear and we were the only ones out that day. I was able to look down the side of the rifle. I tried this aiming earlier to make sure I wasn't shooting over.***

Cool... Weird bolt release technique but cool... I am pretty sure Canadians after all are the best at reloading in the world. Thank to the 5 rounds mags. Hahaha!

I have ambi controls. I just donthave a battery assist. I tried makingmy own bad lever. Ill post pics later tonight to show case it.

What I meant was the ATRS AT-15 is fully ambi, right to the bolt release ;).

No need for a BAD with that for a lefty :D.

Contour HD cameras (similar to the gopro) have a picatinny rail mount. If your interested in recording more footage. I think thats what Magpul used in their Dynamic Arts of ______ videos

Strikemark makes picatinny rail mounts for the GoPro cameras.

The Strikemark mount for the Contour is awesome. It gives a really low overall profile and view from the camera's perspective. I will have to post an example of mine sometime.

I can even mount my Contour to my M&P!! (Pics above are not mine, from Strikemark's site)

I have a Sony Action Cam and was thinking of some kind of a picatinny mount for my AR, but I prefer the perspective of the OP's video. If you mount the camera near the front, you can see the optic and the manipulation of the rifle. I guess I could use the headband, but can't get over the dork factor enough to actually do it at the range. :)
