It's a warranty issue. Send it back to Canada ammo if you can't fix it yourself.

But if you listened to the Internet there is nothing wrong with that gun. How could that be? Unpossible!
An 870 is not an "assisted" pump kids.

Mine would not lock..... So if it was fired (I sure as hell was not gonna try it) It would have 'opened' up.... I know mine was not a 'normal' issue , otherwise why would I have got a complete refund/credit for it, hmmmm??

Sometimes / often it's easier and better for business to give the customer exactly what they want, even when they are wrong.
Not saying you were wrong, just saying it happens...
