Anyone want to help me find a Sig Sauer P220 Match Elite?

The Match Elite was in the Sig Shot Show catalogue this year, and still appears on their website as a current model. Other than that, I really don't know. It looks like the Super Match has a 'lightweight alloy frame'. I want the 5 inch match grade barrel, but no alloy frame. I'd prefer the heavier, all stainless model.

For sure.....if it's available to be ordered, thats the one i'd want. Not even on Questars website.
 
Strangely enough it is one of two P220 models on Cabela's Canada. It shows as 'backorderable'. Whether it is actually available is another question...

Gagnon Sports has it listed at over 1300.00 and out of stock as well. Cabela's price is great if you really can get one from them.
 
If I really wanted that model i would buy the one on gunbroker dot com right now and have IRUNGUNS bring it to Canada. I think it's about $200 for them to do it.
Unless you already have an account with gunbroker, you just need to shoot them an email saying you know that places don't ship to Canada and that you must use an American FFL.

that would make it an X5 variant.

been looking for a 220 match elite or 220X6 for over a year with no luck as well. both are listed on sig's us and european sites so i am assuming it is only a matter or time before another batch of the more unique 220s comes out. fingers crossed.

Haven't shot it yet but so far the nicest handling P22X i've experience. love the single stack and the aluminum grips feel great.
hope it is as accurate as they say.
