I had a break in at the house last year. Within two weeks the OPP had figured out who did it and proceeded to get my guns back. So far i have got 2 of 5 back from them. Toronto recovered another from a druggie, who got off at trial on technicalities, but Toronto are holding the gun (a 1911) for further charges against someone else (my guess).

My experience with OPP e stolen guns has been outstanding.

what would be cool is if the officer allowed you to film the return. HAHAAH...this reminds me of old dial up internet back in the day when you were trying to load a picture or something and you would have to start it and keep coming back to see if it had completed yet...lol.
