Ammo is Chinese Light ball Plant 61, 1967 Vintage and very well packaged in plastic holders.

About 90% of the Mosins have shipped and I hope to have the rest out by tomorrow with the exception of a few we are waiting on EMT's for.

I'm sure over 100 people in Ontario/Quebec had Mosins arrive today and the rest should be moving across the country by courier.

I received my update today. I was just waiting for SFRC to e-mail me to set up a e-mail test question, turns out though I was backwards. I thought they would send me what they wanted the answer to be, then I send. Instead they ask I send the EMT then a follow up e-mail with my question/answer. I sent everything today so I hope to have mine shipped soon. I hope I get the nicest one... because they are saving the nicest until last

The ammo that I got from SFRC is Chinese 61/67 in plastic S&B holders. Your right! I hadn't flipped one over till you mentioned that.

Got mine today!!! 1937 tula the numbers match and the bore is good, a little frosted and dark but very shootable. Looking forward to ringing in the long weekend with some 762x54r! yea babay!!

Recieced mine yesterday good bore and barrel, bolt and receiver match, but the bayonet does not match, (no big deal). The stock is a little beat up and lots of wear along the whole gun, (blueing is removed from all the usual spots). but for a 1936 pre-war, its one heck of a nazi killing peice of history. In short I am quite pleased with it. I can't wait to bag my next buck with it.

Mine arrived last friday. The stock is pretty beat up and the finish is flaking off. The bolt seemed to lift up a bit when pulling the trigger too. Not sure if this is normal as I have never owned a Mosin before. At least the bore looks good.
