We now have a working prototype of the TAC21 Chassis System for Savage.

1. This chassis will support AI mags, correct? Would this mean that an stock internal magazine savage would when dropped into the chassis would take mags?

2. Will the chassis support aftermarket trigger assemblies? Say perhaps a Timney or the like.

That is correct.

Yes, many aftermarket triggers will work. Timney should be no problem.

My apologies, I think there was. New Savage actions with the side bolt release. This is what we focused on. It will not fit chassis where the bolt release is by the trigger guard. Reading back on that post I realize that I only addressed half the question.
