I was through the Swift Current Cdn Tire today and noticed they are stocking Mosins and SVT40's now. FYI to anyone interested.

My local Canadian Tire store dosn't even stock gun cleaning supplys. The Manager said there is no call for it till hunting season. What a dolt. Rifles? They are the work of Satan and shall not pass into the local Vancouver stores.

Havent seen any rifles except airguns in forever here in Montreal, Laval or the south shore...mosins and svt40's...thats pretty darn cool.
 
Anyone seen a new batch of Mosins anywhere else? Sounds like SFRC is getting their preorder in and I want to snap one up as I fear this may be one of the last batches we see for a while.
 
Saskatchewan is pretty gun friendly. I live in Yorkton, and on the highway the Domo gas station sells guns and ammunition. I bought my BRS-99, M-305, two sks's, a couple shotguns, and my wife's .270 at the local home hardware. And you can pick up a 1600 rd case of .223 at the Canadian tire. For less than even Canadaammo sells them for. Having Garry Breitkeuz as our local representative might be coincidence, maybe not.
 
Canadian Tire in Sarnia Ontario ( SW ON ) will be selling long guns starting this fall , there are still a few employee's left to get their PAL's , most have now passed their course and are waiting for their cards in the mail . The store sells everything except long guns right ( ammo , cases , cleaning kits , and hunting equipment )

Does anyone have an idea what Canadian tire is selling Mosins and SVT40's for ??

Mosin Nagants $164.99 each and SVT-40's $299.99 each,
 
Geez it would be nice if cdn tire's in my area stocked rifles. Anyone know of any stores in southern ontario that stock rifles ?

Nah come on man! the one in Burnaby marine stocks ammo, so does the one in Coquitlam. The don't stock rifles though, don't know why, would be nicer than getting treated lower than dirt by a gun store just because you're not interested in their 7000$ barrett (like who gives a fack!).

mosin like to go onsale, last time they had them in stock they went on sale for $119, and i call the store yesterday and the guy said he printed off some sales signs for both guns and cant remember how much there going to be :)
