I buy whatever I am legally allowed to buy and can afford at the time, its really not my fault that the powers that be change their mind more than their underwear. If they want it back they can pay for it just as I did, that's just being fair, if not then I don't own one even if I do, that's being fair too isn't it. Bottom line don't worry about stuff until it happens, people like to plan ahead and be in the know but with stuff like this its pointless really.

This community, like all others, is plagued with selfish people who would rather protect their own interests rather than understand the big picture. I think I hold these guys in more contempt than I do hardcore antis. Because at the end of the day, they do damage from the inside.
 
I just googled it quickly and it's not as expensive as I tough it was. I might be interested after all. I know the mechanism inside is different from the AK47 but does it mean it's weaker?
 
weaker no , it just a upgraded ak and one of the rarest rifle that the soviet has authorized the production during the cold war , the original SA.VZ58 is better than the semi version we have for the simple reason with the full auto sear they don't have the gremlin,
 
^^if your not trolling and you actually don't know,

the VZ 58 is a completely different rifle to the AK series of rifles, No parts are interchangeable, there are NO similarities except for the ammo and maybe some mild visual similarities if you don't look too close, other than that they are NOTHING alike.

the VZ is more accurate, and better made IMO. the AK is cheaper and easier to make and has more history. I prefer the AK just for its history, but I also love the VZ. you should read up on VZ 58's for much more fascinating info!

CZ, CSA, etc are all just different brands building replica VZ 58's, as far as quality amoung the replica's goes, everyone seems to have their own idea, I have a CZ-858 and it works great. no issues whatsoever.
