What's the twist rate on your barrel?
Im running some Norc they had here locally on the cans 800 rounds, not in yellow boxes but they are wrapped in brown paper. It's an NEA, so anything that goes bang
Seriously though, I would suggest against anything steel cased, so no MFS, and certainly nothing with a Bi-metal jacket like MFS, Sellior and Bellot, and some others.
What's the twist rate on your barrel? If it's a 1in7 you may want to avoid some of the hotter loaded ammo like norinco, as it may wear faster. Besides that, as long as were not talking 5000 rounds a year, anything that goes bang should do just fine.
I ran A E 55grain and seemed okBest factory load for the price? My fav is the 62gr American eagle. The 55gr is cheaper when you buy it by the 1000 rnd case. Federal Sierra 69gr BTHP is the most accurate but super expensive.
The twist rate on the NEA barrels is 1/7

Hmmmm ok cool, well imma see what i can find for A E 1000 plus rounds and i will most likely put 300-400 a month down the barrelYa see there ya go, the norc is good to go.
But some (including me) would suggest against running large amounts of hotter loaded ammo like that through a fast twist like your 1in7
Although a bit more expensive, I would stick with the American Eagle for plinking, and anything nice really, for accuracy.

If your running that much ammo through it, just shoot the norc man, running that much ammo you'll pay for a new barrel in about 6 months with the savings over AE
Norinco is about 27-28 cents per round while the AE is closer to 44-47 cents per round.
Times that by 2300ish rounds every 6 months according to your count. Thats a fair amount of savings if you buy the norinco
