buy a reloading book and read it. I read the LEE book and liked it alot. It will answer most of your questions to start.
then buy your supplies from reloading supplies companies. (some of the site sponsors, higginson powders, and others. I use x reload in quebec).
You can use the following. Lee single stage press, Lymond single stage press, RCBS single stage press. Now that's the best if you want accuracy if you want bulk loading rifle and pistol you have to step up to a progressive press like the Dillion X650 it can do everything even 50 bmg now you have to switch parts between types of ammo and you might want a head (120 bucks each one) for each caliber to make it faster to switch over. Large primers small primmers it's simple enough. If your doing military brass you want a swage machine as well. Now that covers reloading you also need brass prep tools like tumbler or ultra sonic cleane or both if you want chiny new looking brass. The question isn't what do you want to reload the question is how much ammo because once you buy everything you spend allot you also will need a case trimmer as well you can do it by hand but 1000 pieces of brass can suck being trimmed by hand so the more expensive machines make it easier and they cost allot. Automatic feeder ect. If you want bulk pistol ammo the DIllion Xl 1050 is a good machine the question is what's your budget as I spent 3,000 to start. I could of went cheaper but I only do 45 acp and 308 win everything else it's cheaper to buy. Even 308 can be cheaper to buy then making your own if you get the cheap steel cased ammo so it depends on what you want the accuracy with the reloaded ammo was night and day better.
For shotgun you need a shotgun press by it self. Now lee makes a classic reloader which is basicly you load by hand with a hammer that's not a bad system for shotgun if you want really cheap. If I was going to load shotgun I would go with a lee press it's simple enough to do but shotgun ammo is cheap enough for me to blast away with it and just pick up another crate of ammo it all depends on what you like to shoot of course as it can add up.
