So I finally plunged and snapped up a 1911A1 Norc from the EE (thanks man, you know who you are) and I'm curious what with all of them out there, and all of the ammunition choices, I haven't seen any threads (I did try looking) saying that "...such and such ammo did not work well in my Norinco 1911." FMJ, Lead round nose, hollow point, flat nose, $15 a box or $50 a box, etc. Are they really that reliable and un-fussy?!? Since I'm really only interested in putting holes in paper, but with a big smile on my face of course, I don't need MOA accuracy, so I'm more interested in opinions/experience with all the $15/50 stuff. As I wait for the BC chief firearms officer to make sure all is well, I spend my time looking at ammo purchases, wondering which to grab. Help me out one and all.
