I'm having a bit of a problem with my Sig .45 Stainless Carry.
When I fire the last round out, the slide stop doesn't engage and hold the action open. Sometimes it does, most of the time it doesn't. I've tried cleaning it, and, examining the action, and tried 3 different magazines, and, every time I seem to be getting the same problem.
The gun is relatively new, and has little to no wear on it... The slide stop looks to be in good condition. Is this a noted problem with this shorter style of pistol? Is it 100% the slide stop, after 3 magazine tests? If so, what do people recommend for a replacement?
I did a forum search and didn't seem to find much information on THIS type of gun, so if anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.
