I was in the exact same situation. Then I got into SS and am very happy with the results.
Same here with Rooky pins, a couple of drops of dish soap and a pinch of Lemishine.. It's a 3 lb tumbler great results.

if you go wet cleaning, go ss pins.....
I only SS pin clean large batches, or really ugly brass.
the rest just goes corncob... my time is worth more than drying brass to dirty it again the next time I shoot it.
the whole process takes time. not worth it to do less than 100 rifle cases.
I do it for 2-500 cases.
can process 1000 223 cases at once in my tumbler.
