Do you even know what a bullpup is? The trigger mechanism and chamber are forward of the grip not behind so not a bullpup.
Ahh..AHH..Bullpup!! BLESSYOU! Ahh..AHH..Illegal!! JAILTIME!

As far as I know, if the Mag is behind the trigger, it's a bullpup. If you are changing the trigger system then yes it it. If you are building the magazine to slide into the grip, the trigger would have to be located behind the mag. If it isn't, then it's a bullpup.
Thanks for the concern. It shouldn't fall under the bullpup class. This has the same basic layout as my Buckmark rifle. Also have a Keltec Sub 2k, same basic design.
See!!!!!!please show me where in the fa or cc it states this.
To the nay sayers. Have a look at the Browning Buckmark rifle. Pistol grip, mag through the pistol grip. Must be a bullpup. How 'bout the Tavor ?????????? Looks like a bullpup to me but LEGAL and NON RESTRICTED. Kel Tec Sub 2k, mag in the grip, and it folds up, HOLY COW BATMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is just a dress up kit just as the plastic do-dads some put on Ruger 10/22's. Seems that those who can't do shyte have to criticize. To the compliments, Thanks. The project is an exercise for the grey matter, needing to think and plan many steps ahead to make sure things function as they should. If Rob Ford can get away with doin' crack, I can dress up my gun to resemble an UZI.
