I'll see what the Springfields have to say. Those Americans often won't ship anything M-14 to Canuckistan (altho "M1A" could be a different story!).
I "want" my rifle to "shoot higher"-- That way I can lower my aperture from the stratospheric 19 clicks elevation to a more 'normal' ~7 clicks, and it won't be sitting above the level of its ears.
That's the idea, eh? I'm lowering my front sight so that I can lower my rear sight. If they both go a bit below their 'ears', then that's a bonus.
