Where does it say anything about guns

I think he was going along the route of... With no cheap chinese surplus ammo, is there a market for rifles that fire a round that is not available as cheap chinese surplus.

To answer that question I think they will still bring them in because there is no difference now as to 2-3 years ago when there wasn't any norc 223 anyways.

If the sarcastic remarks continue, we may have to end our relationship ;)

COSCO is the only carrier the would handle ammo, they state that they no longer will. It is simply a return to the way things were prior to 2010, when no chinese ammo came to Canada after 1997 because no carrier would handle it.

You think the NATO and arms treaty bill is scaring some shippers?

i am having a very hard time believing that a shipping company will not accept money to transport a product.....is there more at work here? such as the RCMP or UN? you MUST find a new way to ship! Us gun nutz love you canam and need affordable Chinese ammo!

i predict the t97's will be a lot harder to sell now the main reason to get them is to shoot relatively cheap ammo

That's what I'm thinking also. Now I have a good supply of Norinco .223/5.56. Lets say the T97NRR's don't arrive till Dec. 2014? Buy the gun with no ammo?? Not me!

Interesting. Chinese COSCO shipping company does not want to ship Chinese made product? As someone else asked, what reason would they have for that?

Are ammo shipments coming from Europe affected (I'm thinking mostly Eastern European origin product with cheap bulk price).

The problem is that Vancouver and Seatac are considered the same port for shippers. However, if Chinese ammo is on board, Seatac is out. So do you hold of 8000 other containers for one full of ammo if no berth is available at Vancouver?

Send the ship to Newfoundland and I'll help ya distribute it across the country ;)
