This makes perfect sense to me. Fine guys like crazy when they are trying to protect their own property, but when people burn cars and destroy stores like in the stanley cup riot just put em in jail or make them do community service or probation all at the cost of taxpayers. Is there SOMETHING WRONG HERE??

The Gang Ranch is beautiful country.
 
It kinda annoys me that these guys are being called hunters.

Two guys were shooting coyotes from a helicopter. They were no more hunting than the CWD cull lot were.

Meh. Dumbarsses.

Aside from the fines, it strikes me as a piss poor way to spend time and money, for too litle return.

Put a trapper on it, if you want the numbers down.

Cheap compared to helicopter hours. Way cheaper than getting busted!

I used to drive out that way when I got bored. Like everything I wish I'd done it more or taken more time while I was out there.

Also regret not driving the back road from Gang Ranch to Pavilion. That was really stupid. Probably could have done the loop from Williams Lake through Pavilion and back through Cache Creek in a day if I'd started early in the day and could easily have done it overnighting along the road.
