Shmexie!
So basically pic related soon?I believe the rifle ejects out the side now from what I take on the schematics.
I have committed to selling the full output from Bruno for several years,
I also have to visit Bruno to co-ordinate all the last details. Life is hectic, but not complaining.
Thanks for the support and remember I am reading all your comments.
I am a lefty also and the CZ is a perfect setup for us. Trigger finger can be used for the mag release, right hand charges the rifle, safety selector is best suited for us aswell. Damn im loving this rifle even more now.
Best safety I've ever used, and the magazine release is pretty good.I am on board with the right side charging handle. But, the safety and mag release still don't function to my liking.
very cool - excited to see more pictures as that will be my deciding factor to purchase!
hope these are finished in solid black, and not the cz blue-grey colour, or if you do grey make sure it's a nice grey like the jack carbine/etc.
not sure if it would be possible or not, but i personally would be interested in a barrel with an integrated flash hider to shorten the length a few inches
reminds me of the sa 58 ms

Speak for yourself, if they can fit in chrome lining then why not? It's important to me and many others, it blows my mind how people are so condescending to those requesting what should be a standard feature for a rifle in the 1k price point and in this caliber.
how does one clean the rifle with a scope on.
That won't work. It doesn't matter how the flash hider is attached or machined into the barrel, Muzzle devices do not count towards barrel length.
Yup. That would be amazing to have built in.
My ideal use case for this is to replace the DDM4 I planned on buying. As such, I would like half decent somewhat affordable ammo, which is available for .223, but not currently 7.62x39. If I could get good 7.62x39 I'd jump all over this updated 858.
Finally, I think we can rule out this rifle being a semi-auto 805. Here's a quick GIF I whipped up. It's not perfect, but it's damn close.
That said, I'd pay up to $2,500 for a semi-auto non-restricted 805 Bren.

Hopefully these are available with straight line AR lower receiver extension adapters from day one. Getting a cheek weld on a rail mounted optic with the traditional drop of an 858 stock might be a chore.
