Looking to get a set of rubber type boots for hunting swampy areas. So not looking for much insulation and want more mobility than waders. The type Rocky makes that tie to Your belt and hang about 10" below are a good height but for early Oct 1000 G thinsulate is way too much. I have the normal height rubbers, and their fine for low speed. Problem is that if You have to move fast at all the spray from boot 1 enters boot 2 and at days end their full or You've had Your pants over the boot to stop it and now their covered in loon ****. Used to be able to just by covers to go around the mouth of any boot, but I haven't seen them for years
