Is a Armtac always hard to contact?

I am looking at purchasing several items from Armtac.
A couple of the items, a Noveske 12.5" barrel and 16.7" handguard are not in stock but it states that they can be pre-ordered.
A few of the items, a Noveske 10.5" barrel and a Sadlak Airborne Mount are shown as in stock.
I have been trying to contact them via the email link on their site for 7 days now with no reply.
There is no phone number on the site and their address is a PO Box.


Are they for real and if they are is this any way to run a business?
If this is how the react to potential customers how do they react if a customer has a problem with an order?

Hopefully others will chime in with positive experiences or another way to contact them.
 
I just ordered a barrel and hand guard from them a few weeks ago, it was a smooth transaction with a quick response to emails, even late at night.
 
I had no issues dealing with them this summer, email replies were fairly prompt but I have seen other posts lately saying they have been tough to get a hold of.
 
Armtac is a good business. The guy that runs it is honest, it's just that he is busy as hell.
I've ordered several times from him. Sometimes, the communication lags, but he always delivers, no surprises. I would just be patient.
 
They are fast to ship orders, but do not seems to answer emails. I still deal with them though because they have unique products :)
 
Have a look at your spam / junk folder.
Also, small businesses has to take time off sometimes, and an one man show becomes a no -show.
Be patient, they will get back to you
 
Ordered a vltor upper there once. At the time it said in stock. Went through checkout. Heard nothing for a week. Went back on line and it said processing, back ordered. Month later sent email. No reply. Been 8 months now. Was never charged for it, went to different vendor.
 
I have been sorry dropping the balls lately. The best way will be to go through is our online system to do the purchase. Business is getting very busy and we try to be on top of things. We took our phone # off as I have been receiving over 50 calls a day.
 
I have emailed them 3 times regarding stock inquiries and possible purchase ( one of which would have been over $1,200). Never got a reply. No Phone number listed on the web site that I could find so I purchased from someone else.

X2 went through the same , they have NO customer support if you need to ask a question before buying a product ,, guess they dont need my money that bad .
 
Sorry just been very busy with person life. For all the orders placed, we will be getting them out end of this week. There were some issue with our website this morning but we got it fixed and everything is back to normal.

We just have way too many phone calls about custom ordering items everyday and it has been overwhelming.
