Done a couple times already. The first over the Swiss arms, which I do not own, second over the CZ, which I do.

Would you believe I have heard from other MPs? Nothing from mine.

To early to say, I applied to transfer it to myself, not because I want one but just testing the water. It all depends on the terms of the amnesty, we have another customer retuning his, NIB unfired because he just received it, she will be up for sale.
 
5 year amnesty gives you enough time to hash out new receivers....

Then Get as many old receivers as possible, Poor them all in a massive concrete block and drop it off with a crane to the RCMP ;)

Out of curiosity, if any of us had the resources to find an acceptable receiver in the CZ (as in, a stripped receiver). Can we just get it mailed over to us or throw it in our luggage? Is the receiver considered a firearm and must be declared/imported?

Yes the receiver is considered a firearm.
 
this is a start. Faith Goldie says the Conservatives will be coming forth with proposals in the next few weeks to fix this issue. Keep up the pressure on Blaney and Harper.
