The last competition in Sudbury that I attended had two 1911 norcs, a walther ppq, some glocks, and other assorted guns I don't remember.
Just getting started, bring what you have. I would only comment that my sig 226 was a bad choice due to the extreme double action trigger pull. I changed to a norc 1911 and had a blast.
Since then I have purchased a CZ75 in 40 S&W and just today put the money down for a Tanfoglio Stock III special with the extreme upgrades in 9mm. I am hoping it will be as comfortable as the CZ.
