I have this Remington 341. Belonged to my grandfather. They were built from 1936-1940. Not sure why this one is not marked 341-P given the peep sight.

1950-ish Husqvarna in 9.3x62. This rifle has undergone an extreme make-over; the only parts that are still original are the action, barrel, and front sight. New stock, G&H side mounts, Blackburn bottom metal, & now a Timney trigger. The scope has been swapped out for a Leupold M8 3x since this pic was taken.

Sitting in my Dad's gun cabinet up home,about 3 months ago.The very first shotgun I ever pulled a trigger on,I technically own it now but we leave it up north for sentimental reasons.I cannot begin to tell you how many partridge and hares squirrels and what have you that shotgun has accounted for over the years.My Dad bought it off of a friend who accidentally shot himself with it,not seriously,because he said the safety didn't work.It does in fact work just fine.My Dad paid $8.00 for the gun,to me it is priceless.

Ok,this getting scary,take the scope off that rifle and it's twin is in the same cabinet of my Dad's along with the clone to your Steven's 410 pictured earlier.Even has a couple of the same CIL ammo boxes.

I would consider these classics... the Ruger No.1 provided some impetus for the North American single-shot rifle trend... BUT they are certainly not "vintage," as these two were manufactured this century... these are 7X57 top and .45/70 bottom;

NICE. You should meet a shooting associate of mine. He collects No. 1's.

I have owned more than 20 No.1's over the years (meager compared to some)... but I am currently down to four, but looking to add two more... a No.1-A in .223 (unfortunately rare) and a No.1-A or S in either .35 Whelen or 9.3X74R (for my son, to match my own).... They are one of the nicest carry guns ever made IMO... I am always ready to chat with a Ruger fan...
