Have a good weekend...

Why the hell is the circuit judge restricted?!? Why would an 18.5 inch barreled shotgun be a restricted firearm?

Wording from the CFC is that since the The Circuit judge revolver is legally classified as a handgun, thus making it
restricted by definition. Therefore the 18.5" version (which is based on the exact same action) , becomes classified as restricted as well.

There ya go...

That is $&(#$ assinine. There's a few guns who share actions with pistols - that does not make them a pistol.

What a waste - i actually thought "perfect little truck gun" and was going to give you guys a call till i saw restricted. There's NO reason for that, it's clearly not a pistol.

Who's running the show and what is there mandate?

Are they bored or do they just hate the idea of non restricted guns?

It must be nice to get paid by the tax payer and then just make it up as you go along....

If it's classified As a pistol of course it will be restricted. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe it's classified as a pistol in the states as well.

If it is classified as a pistol in the US it's only because of yet another silly gun law.....like the Mare's leg pistols in the US.

It's just a way for customers to avoid another "tax" in the US.

So what is the status of the uberti revolver carbine then? clearly it is a revolver pistol based action. Or what is the status of the buckmark rifle?

The CFC lab or what ever is just making gun owners suck #%&* and telling them it's ice cream. cuz we're their prison #####. that is all there is to it.

that is absolutely rediculous that they classified the circuit judge as restricted... I really hope the same a$$hole isnt working when they bring the ranch hand in...

Welcome to Canada! ;)
Just arrive yesterday?
Just imagine how I felt when I was told I couldn't bring some of my favorite hunting guns (3 revolvers + 1 carbine) in because they were "prohibited".
How did things get to such a deplorable state in this country in regards to personal freedoms?
That Trudeau and his disciple Cretin really did a number on you guys.
I mentioned the Circuit Judge at my Canadian club and was told we couldn't do anything about it so I might as well shut up and suck it up.
That's the attitude on the part of shooters that the antis love.

yah, there was/is one in the next town to me, on more than on occasion, while i was at the counter custumers would be really interested till they found out it was restricted...
makes you wonder if its the name...sounds to vigilanty.....wtf, u cant have a 18.5 ar style either, still dont get it ;p
