Apparently it's still considered restricted. Which is just piling stupid on top of stupid if you ask me.Would the circuit judge lever action be non-restricted as it does not come from a restricted platform.

Yep, restricted. Can't legally shoot on my property, and require an ATT to take to the range.
It is an XP-100 action, but in Canada, once a pistol, always a pistol. CFC and CFO will not budge.
