You stand accused of "Future Crime"! You dirty, rotten CITIZEN, you! How DARE you think you have the right to anything! You're just lucky we don't lock you all up, just to be safe.
By this logic, the Ruger 10/22 should be restricted because of the Charger pistol.

Would the circuit judge lever action be non-restricted as it does not come from a restricted platform.

If so, would it be possible to have them and at what price point? Ugly yes! Different ,you bet!

Apparently it's still considered restricted. Which is just piling stupid on top of stupid if you ask me.

That's exactly what I was thinking.

Because Rossi made the rifle and didn't base if off a handgun were the other guys took a judge and turned it into a rifle so the CFO said it was the same thing they do funny things like that because they don't want someone with a handgun changing the parts and making a rifle into a pistol by changing the parts and going haha I have a rifle handgun now..

Have had several phone calls wondering if we could get the Rossi Circuit Judge in .45/410. We had them on back order for the longest time and finally got some in...

I have a henry mini bolt single shot 22 I bought for my 8 year old daughter - it weights 3lbs and I can actually shoot it quite accuratly holding as you would a pistol - oh sh@t I just let the cat out of the bag - I guess I can expect a visit by the RCMP now...

Does the Rio Grande have the safety at top? I actually don't mind the rossi lever actions once they're slicked up but I'm not a fan of that safety at top. I just feel like it's going to break off by looking at it.I wouldn't mind picking one up in 45-70.

welcome to Canada indeed....

Check out my 22 pound bolt actioned, single-shot PISTOL....

Yep, restricted. Can't legally shoot on my property, and require an ATT to take to the range.

It is an XP-100 action, but in Canada, once a pistol, always a pistol. CFC and CFO will not budge.

any luck finding a holster for that pistol?

This thread is about four years old and it has been nearly three years since the last post in here; this may not be the best place. You would likely find a better place for this discussion in either the Hunting and Sporting Arms forum or the Pistols and Revolvers forum. We'll be closing this thread in the meantime to prevent confusion for those seeing a four year old post bounce up in their forum view.
