I have had a 10/22 for quite a while and always wanted a Krinker Plinker and last year I found a kit locally in really good condition.
My set up is as follows:
CS metalworks Krinker Plinker kit
Tapco pistol grip
Chinese forend which took a bit for fiddling to get on there.
AR style bird cage muzzle brake although i would like a krink style one.
Volquarsten buffer, sear, hammer
The sling is an add on but i am also looking for a krink sling too.
I did the auto bolt release and prefer the original mag release but found one in stainless for contrast
It shoots pretty decent with the open sights and am able to hit clay discs at 50 yrds so it works and is as reliable as the stock barrel set up.

My 10/22, first gun I bought (2 weeks ago). It's the black laminated with stainless barel 50 years etched model 1115 (distributor exclusive). Scope is a Simmons 3-9x32 AO. Picked up some ammo, 333 winchester econopack and 100 superX for grouse hunting.

A little trimming may be necessary to free float. The last couple inches of the barrel channel on a factory wood stock need a tiny amount of sanding for an SR-22 barrel to drop right in so the hogue should be easily workable without butchering the thing.
