he makes a good point, i haven't clicked on the rimfire section in quite awhile, yet i saw your thread from the main page so here's mine :)

this is the one rifle i will never sell, it just feels like a part of the family, it's light, feels right, and looks sweet :D

I've never actually laid eyes on one in person. Would that be an 8in with a cap? I see a small line at the end so I guess thread protector. Was considering building something like this. Stock is pretty steep but I like that fat squarish end by the cap
 
Had a build thread on this, but if you didn't see it, here it is.Ruger action, RT trigger housing, custom trigger, custom release, custom bolt handle, Dlask bbl,Simmons scope.
 
Happy new 10/22 owner here.. Expect much lurking. First major mod will be to refinish the stock. Any tips on were one could find Tru-Oil ? Most department stores in town don't seem to have it.
 
I have been working on this build for a little while

Dlask Arms DAR22 Receiver
Leupold 4x28 Scope
Hogue Overmoulded Stock
KIDD 16.5" Ultra Lightweight Barrel
KIDD Scalloped Bolt
KIDD Single Stage Trigger
KIDD Cocking handle, bolt buffer, receiver pins

It shoots great, but I probably need a higher magnification scope to really see what it can do

 
nice! Is the GG work can threaded at the muzzle end, ie, is it a shroud? I can only seem to find their fake cans that add to bbl length.
 
The GGW can is threaded on the one end, and both end caps are threaded/removable. Jeff is great, he will custom build to your needs.
