Heres my Tapco Blaster
Here is my 10/22 for your consideration. It has been an ongoing creation over 5 years. At this point I am done with this one except for paint. Not a lot into it really as everything was bought used except for the stock and barrel. The most that was spent was time but it was a lot of fun.
Dlask 12.5" barrel with thread protector
Volquarsten, sear, hammer, and extractor
Tapco T6 heavy barrel stock with extra rail cover on handguard, straigth tube is epoxied permanent.
BSA 4x compact scope
weaver see through rings for height
DIY trigger overtravel stop
DIY bolt release
Coffin case made for guitar hero
Its as light as a factory sporter set up, balances nicely, and groups inside a 1/2" at 50 yards using winchester wildcats.
I really like how tapco combines the pistol grip and adjustable stock while keeping the forend fairly conventional, its really ergonomic.
Thinking of painting the stock beige, any other ideas on colour?
Here is the wifes, trigger polished, shortened butt painted with....yes lady bugs.
