10 gauge slugs

How about trying a stack of pennies glued together and see how well it works ? It certainly LOOKS much easier than melting lead, and you can adjust the weight of such slugs very easily.

I'm sure if you could get ahold of a Lyman Reloading Handbook and followed their procedure for loading round ball loads it would work. As for a press I think that a MEC or similar would be your best bet, you could use an over ball wad and crimp to that or cut down 31/2 shells and just use white glue to attach an over ball wad.Load data might be a challenge however I'm sure you could CAREFULLY extrapolate from shot loads.

shotgunworld.com is your best place for sound advice, folks over there have come up with some insane loads (a.k.a dinosaur rounds)
