10mm whose else is hooked?

i have narrowed it down to 1 of the following 2 guns.
either a 1911 in 10mm if i can find a nice one, or, and this is where im leaning is the new Glock G40 with the long slide 6".

i have yet to see either but i know that should i see either one of those i wouldnt leave the store without it paid for, which is probably why i have not gone into any gun stores in the last couple months, cause i know im weak!

i have yet to even hear of anyone up here shooting the G40, keep waiting for someone to get one and do a review.

This thread is great. I recently stumble on the military arms channel episode about the 10mm. It was enough to get me looking seriously at a glock 20. Seems like a pretty sweet little cartridge

I've been dreaming of a 10mm for a few years. I don't know if I'll ever own one though. There are a few guns on my dream list and I can't have everything. The round sure is a sweet one. I'd love to have a 1911 in 10mm.

I would surmise that if Les Baer is introducing a brand new custom in 10mm - (NEW! Baer 1911 Premier II 6" Hunter 10mm Supported = $2,490 USD) that the 10mm is indeed regaining traction in this hobby!

That is a pretty sweet one for sure. Typo on price though. The MSRP is $2,940 usd I believe.
 
I've been a 10mm fan since 1987 WOW that's 30 years now.

I was in from the beginning of the load development by/with Mike McNett of Double Tap Ammo.

I carried a 10mm on my remote area ATC permit for 7 years.

Narrowed down what I have in 10mm only have a Colt Delta Elite, Glock 29 and a 18" T/C Contender carbine barrel.
 
He's blowing it out his *ss must be a 'Glock hater because there have been no more kabooms with Glocks than in any other 10mm handgun.

Glocks do have an unsupported chamber but so do other 10mm handguns including Colt.

I always swapped out my semi-auto 10mm handgun barrels with aftermarket barrels no matter the handgun manufacturer.
 
I have been wanting a Glock 40 10mm for quite some time now! I really am looking forward to load development when I get one. Anyone know where to find the MOS version for a good price?? I have been looking at IRG.
