1440 rounds +sks for $350 WOW.

I finished cleaning my SKS yesterday with mineral spirits, then hot water, then DW40
If I had to do it again, I'd just put all the pot in water boiling, stir them like you're cooking soup and dry them up and spray some DW40

After 20 minutes soaking in mineral spirits, i thought it did a good job, but once I dumped the boiling water onto the parts in another container, I could see some bits of cosmoline coming to the surface and just dissolves itself.

most ranges dont allow it. Theres a spot about 40 minutes from me that I tend to go to. Might be a bit of a hike for you, but shoot me a PM if you want more info.
 
Are you using WD40 as CLP or to clean out corrosive?

yeah i jumped on this deal too. got my confirmation email and everything, then i thought you know what, i could use some shotguns shells too, so i called them up and added some to my order, no problem. except then i heard nothing. let it go for a bit. called them up. oops, no order at all, appears they lost it. but no worries they tell me just to go place the order again and they will rush it. of course its sold out so that's a joke. thanks for that can-am!

I haven't shot it yey.. but talking to people, they get a squeeze bottle, put a bit of dishwashing liquid in it.
When they're done at the range, they'd just fill the bottle with hot water from the tap and squeeze the soapy water down the barrel.
Then do a proper cleaning when home..
I might spray some g96 after the soapy water... to get rid of the water.. and it'll also make the car smell nice... :)
