Somehow we'll get this thread back on track.
When it gets warm enough for me to do load development on this Norc M1A, there won't be any excuses as to whether or not it can shoot any better in that hands of someone else or it wasn't supported properly or my optics weren't as good as they could have been. I know what made the gun shoot before and I'll follow the same ingredients as before also. In the end, it will boil down to whether or not the stock holds the gun in place for it to be an accurate shooter.
In the meantime however, if anyone has any groups they've shot with their
M1A and want to talk about what their feeding these guns in order for them to actually shoot, be my guest. We can all learn something here.
