.....

Great review.
Just as a side note, my trigger was easily adjusted down to a safe and reliable 1 1/2lbs. With the spring tension screw.
Mine shows great accuracy as well

I had a older A7, had nothing but trouble when extracting the spent casing. The case would eject and hit the scope, then get jammed in the chamber. I called Stoger and they replaced the low scope rings to medium height but the problem still happened. Any such issues with the newer A7s?

I'm surprised to read your stock flex problem ! I was looking at these BECAUSE of the stock advertising a full aluminum skeleton . How can it flex ? Broken aluminum ?

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I'm under the understanding that the stocks on these are made by Bell & Carlson.

I've owned 2 Bell & Carlson stocks on Rem 700's and both had some forend flex. It wasn't bad but it also wasn't great in comparison to an HS Precision stock.

I have the same rifle as the OP and yes the stock flexes. It is not a B&C. I don’t believe the aluminum skeleton goes up the forend. I recall seeing a cut away picture of one and it stops somewhere just past the action.
